Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products , we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds. Body By J only accepts exchanges on the same product of different size. Buyer's will have 15 days from order date to initiate the exchange. If your desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product they wish to exchange, and a $10 exchange restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition they were upon delivery. Plastic packing must be returned. No exceptions. Refused packages by customers will not be accepted as an exchange or form of cancellation.

Please email us the carrier used and the tracking number of the returned package and tell us which size you would like for us to ship to you. We kindly ask that you please review our sizing chart and that you carefully measure your waist prior to ordering.
